Brad is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. His training interests include strength and conditioning, sports performance, running and aerobic training, as well as health and wellness. He has a wide range of experience ranging from college football to Scottish Highland Games to half-marathons. His training interests have progressed over the years from athletic performance and strength to encompass a more holistic view of exercise as a powerful health intervention. As a former high school English teacher, he enjoys the research and study of exercise science, the teaching element of coaching, and figuring out ways to make exercise and training a complement to the whole person and the demands of their life.
